2 days fair plus
Vendtra is a 3-day festival. The pure Fair will take place from September 23-24, 2025, the Industry evening on September 23, 2025 and the VIP Day at September 25, 2025 held. The trade show is hybrid. In other words, in real terms on the grounds of the Olympic Park in Munich and simultaneously online on the WWW. No matter how you participate, you will receive all the important information, news, Backings and can download documents, offers, images.
Industry evening
On the first day of the fair, the September 23, 2025, the industry evening takes place. Talk to colleagues, meet new people, exchange ideas with manufacturers and dealers in a relaxed atmosphere. All in a completely relaxed atmosphere. The industry evening is intended for all those who can only plan an overnight stay. Make plans for the evening after your visit to the trade fair. Consumption vouchers are available from the manufacturer of your choice, admission is free.
Networking Day
The VIP day on September 25, 2025 at the Oktoberfest is Germany's largest B2B industry event. Nowhere else will you find more VIPs from the manufacturer, retail, sales, lobby and partner sectors of the vending and coffee industry in Germany. The balcony of the Paulaner Festzelt is booked exclusively for VIPs from the industry. Tickets are only available from exhibitors. Please inform the host of your choice in good time.
Admission free, and more
We believe that a trade show must be free of charge for trade visitors - and offer added value. Via an uncomplicated online registration, every trade visitor automatically receives his personal admission ticket incl. QR code by e-mail. There is a separate online registration for the digital online trade show Vendtra Twins, which gives all industry participants direct access to all digital offerings.
Olympic Hall - space for everyone
In 2025, Vendtra will take place for the first time in the (large) Olympic Hall on the grounds of the Olympic Park. With around 8,000 m2 of exhibition space, the Olympic Hall offers an ideal setting for 180 exhibitors and the new supporting program. Exhibitors can use the tried-and-tested box concept or implement exhibition stands with their own stand builders.
Main focus
Vendtra is not a presence trade fair but a sales and contact fair for the vending and coffee industry. Vendtra provides all participants with an overview of the latest and proven solutions and trends. Visitors can take advantage of interesting trade fair discounts and special offers and take part in incentives to make new contacts and maintain existing ones.
